Linkella Providers and Subprocessors

Linkella is operated by Ruchir Harbhajanka, an individual based in India. Contact [email protected] for provider names, processing locations and international-transfer information.
Linkella currently offers a waitlist. This pre-launch provider register is not yet final. The roles below describe how providers may handle information when you use the relevant features. The proposed Data Processing Addendum is not yet in effect, and this page is not an agreed subprocessor list under that addendum.
Provider roles

Processing locations and safeguards
Information may be accessed in India and processed in the countries used by the relevant providers. We do not offer an India-only, US-only or EU-only storage commitment.
Contact [email protected] for the provider identities, purposes, information categories, processing countries and applicable contractual or transfer safeguards relevant to your use of Linkella. For services covered by an agreed DPA, the applicable provider list and processing arrangements form part of that agreement.
Subprocessor changes
The proposed DPA provides for 30 days' advance notice of a new or replacement subprocessor and a reasonable objection process, subject to its stated urgent circumstances and applicable law. These rights apply once the addendum takes effect. Change notifications are not currently available under the proposed addendum.
