Linkella Copyright, Abuse and Appeals
These policies are not yet effective. Live checkout is not open.
Linkella is operated by Ruchir Harbhajanka, India. Send reports, privacy grievances and appeals to [email protected]. Postal correspondence: Astra Towers, ANO 616, Action Area II C, Rajarhat, New Town, Kolkata - 700161, India.
Report a safety or content problem
Use the subject “Abuse report” and include:
- The Linkella page, short link or QR destination URL and the specific content or action involved.
- What is wrong, the relevant context and when you observed it.
- Supporting information that can be shared safely and a way to contact you for clarification.
You do not need an account. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, unnecessary identity documents or unlawful imagery. For exploitation or intimate-image reports, provide the location and description rather than downloading and redistributing the material. Mark urgent child-safety or intimate-image reports clearly. Contact emergency services where there is immediate danger; this inbox is not an emergency service.
We may request clarification, preserve limited evidence, restrict an affected item and notify the responsible account. We will assess urgency and the Acceptable Use Policy, explain the action where lawful and handle legal orders through the appropriate process. We do not promise that every report results in removal or that all content is proactively reviewed.
We limit access to report information. We may share the substance needed for a response, legal process or appeal, but do not promise absolute anonymity. We will avoid unnecessary disclosure of personal details and tell you about required disclosure where lawful.
Copyright and trademark reports
Use the subject “Copyright report” or “Trademark report”. Identify yourself and whether you are the rightsholder or an authorised representative. Include the protected work or mark, evidence of your authority where needed, the exact allegedly infringing location and your explanation. Consider licences, fair use, fair dealing and other lawful exceptions before making a claim.
For a formal US DMCA notice, include the elements required by applicable law, including your signature, contact details, identification of the work and material, a good-faith statement addressing authorisation by the owner, agent or law, and an accuracy/authority statement under penalty of perjury. We may request a compliant notice rather than treating an incomplete message as a valid statutory notice. Deliberately false claims can have legal consequences.
[email protected] is our general reporting contact. We do not represent it as a registered US DMCA designated agent or claim US safe-harbour status. The appropriate procedure depends on the applicable law.
Appeals and counter-notices
Use the subject “Moderation appeal” and include the affected account/page, decision reference if provided, reasons for review and relevant evidence. Explain any mistake, permission, lawful exception or corrective step. Do not evade a restriction by opening a replacement account.
We will review the original grounds and new information, seek an additional reviewer where reasonably available, and explain the outcome where lawful. We may uphold, narrow, reverse or replace a restriction. An appeal is not a promise of restoration and does not prevent a remedy available under law.
Where an applicable US DMCA procedure allows a counter-notice, it must identify the removed material and its former location, include your signature and contact details, state under penalty of perjury your good-faith belief that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and include the legally required jurisdiction and service-of-process statements. We will explain the required details for the actual procedure. Do not send a counter-notice without understanding that required information may be shared with the claimant.
For a valid counter-notice under an applicable US section 512 process, the statutory restoration procedure generally uses 10–14 business days unless notified of qualifying court action. This is conditional on that law and process applying, not a deadline for every appeal. Other jurisdictions may require different steps. See US Copyright Office guidance.
Grievances, records and accountability
Address complaints about Linkella or handling of a report to Ruchir Harbhajanka, [email protected], with the subject “Grievance”. We will acknowledge, assess and resolve requests within applicable legal deadlines, and explain available escalation routes. Use Paddle support as an additional route for payment matters.
For questions about a report or complaint, contact Ruchir Harbhajanka at [email protected]. This inbox is available during pre-launch; it is not a 24-hour support or emergency service.
We may terminate repeat infringers or accounts involved in severe abuse under an appropriate applicable process. Reports must be made in good faith. We will not treat disagreement with Linkella, legitimate criticism or a lawful privacy/refund request as grounds for retaliation.
