Linkella Refund and Cancellation Policy
These policies are not yet effective. Live checkout is not open.
Linkella is operated by Ruchir Harbhajanka, an individual based in India. Contact [email protected]. Public correspondence: Astra Towers, ANO 616, Action Area II C, Rajarhat, New Town, Kolkata - 700161, India.
Live checkout is not open yet. This policy describes the refund and cancellation terms intended for Linkella subscriptions when paid access becomes available.
Our 14-day refund promise
You may request a full refund of each charge for a Linkella subscription within 14 calendar days after that charge. This applies to your first paid charge, each renewal and separately charged profile-capacity increases. We will honour eligible timely requests, subject to evidence-based checks for fraud, duplicate recovery or deliberate manipulation of this policy. Ordinary use, changing your mind or forgetting to cancel is not by itself fraud.
This is Linkella's additional supplier promise. Purchases are sold by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes the payment and refund. We will submit and support eligible requests under this policy; we cannot bypass Paddle's financial checks or promise a bank posting time. A provider-processing issue does not erase our responsibility to help resolve an eligible request.
Your statutory rights and any more protective applicable purchase terms remain available. We do not use account suspension, usage thresholds or this 14-day window to deny a remedy required by law.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund request”, the checkout email, transaction or receipt reference if available, and which charge you want refunded. A reason is optional for our 14-day offer. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or identity documents. We may request only the information reasonably needed to locate the transaction and verify your authority.
You may also contact Paddle buyer support using your receipt. Identify Linkella and this policy. Keep your request confirmation. A request received by Linkella within the window remains timely even if processing finishes later. If information is missing, we will help identify the purchase rather than require a new request date.
Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times vary; we will communicate the status and any required action. We do not deduct a Linkella administrative cancellation fee. Exchange-rate changes or fees imposed independently by a bank may affect what appears on your statement.
What a refund changes
A full refund of the current subscription period ends the associated paid entitlement when processed, and public pages or hosted redirects may go offline. A refund of an additional-capacity charge may remove that capacity. We will explain the access effect before processing where practicable. Tell us if you also want future renewals cancelled; a refund request and cancellation are separate instructions, and we will help confirm both.
There is no double recovery for an amount already refunded or reversed. A disputed payment may need coordination with Paddle and the payment provider. You retain your lawful rights to dispute charges.
Cancelling future renewals
Open Billing in your Linkella account and select Cancel subscription, then review and confirm the effective date. You can also use Manage billing to open Paddle's customer portal, follow the management link in your Paddle receipt, or contact paddle.net.
For an ordinary active subscription, cancellation stops renewal and access continues until the displayed paid-period end. For a trial, cancel before its displayed end to avoid the first charge; normal scheduled cancellation preserves access until trial end. Some cancellations may end access immediately; review the effective date shown before confirming. Cancellation does not automatically refund a past charge.
Unpublishing a page, reducing profile usage, uninstalling the app or abandoning a draft does not cancel billing. Cancel before deleting your Linkella account: account deletion currently does not automatically cancel your Paddle subscription. If you cannot sign in, use Paddle's support route and contact us.
Trials and profile changes
Eligible accounts can receive a 15-day, card-required trial for one profile. The trial is tied to checkout, not publication. Returning or ineligible customers may pay immediately. Purchasing multiple profiles, or confirming an increase during the trial, starts paid billing immediately. Checkout/confirmation states the charge and renewal date.
Paid-period increases may be charged immediately on a prorated basis. Decreases preserve paid capacity until renewal and do not themselves generate a refund. The same 14-day request window applies to a charge created by an increase. No money paid means there is no payment to refund, although cancellation may still be needed to prevent future charges.
Requests after 14 days and consumer rights
Contact us if a charge was unauthorised, duplicated, taken after effective cancellation, or relates to a material defect or service not supplied as promised. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law or the applicable agreement. We may also consider goodwill requests outside the voluntary window. The 14-day offer is not a limitation period for statutory claims.
Depending on your country, you may have cooling-off, withdrawal, defect or other mandatory rights. A waiver of a statutory right applies only where legally valid and expressly obtained; accepting Linkella's Terms alone is not such a waiver. Use Paddle's applicable withdrawal options when available or send a clear request through either contact route above.
Read the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy for purchase-specific rights and procedures. The policy version applying to your charge governs that charge. Changes to Linkella's voluntary offer will not retrospectively reduce rights for earlier payments.
